This policy explains how Wristzoicartilag handles refunds, credits, and service cancellations for digital educational products, consulting retainers, workshops, and bespoke materials. It is designed to align with the Terms of Use and with consumer protection statutes that apply in New Zealand and, where relevant, overseas.
Wristzoicartilag aims to treat buyers fairly while recognising that digital goods can often be copied instantly. The rules below balance statutory protections, practical costs of delivering outdoor education materials, and the time our team invests in bespoke consulting. Where this policy conflicts with a non-excludable law, that law prevails.
If you are a consumer in New Zealand purchasing domestic goods or services, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 may grant remedies that exceed this summary. Similar protections may exist where you reside abroad. Nothing in this document is intended to exclude guarantees you cannot contract out of.

Facilitator PDFs, route worksheets, and comparable downloads are delivered electronically after payment confirmation. Because access is immediate, statutory cooling-off rights may be limited once you start downloading or streaming content under applicable digital content regulations.
Nevertheless, if files are substantially incomplete, corrupted in a reproducible way, or materially different from the written description for the SKU, you may request a repair (replacement file) or refund within fourteen days of discovery. Public cohort experiences: cancellations more than fourteen days before the start date receive a full refund minus non-refundable venue deposits we cannot reclaim. Between fourteen and seven days, we credit seventy percent toward a future session within twelve months. Inside seven days, fees are generally non-refundable except for documented emergencies or government travel restrictions that make attendance illegal or unsafe.
Private bookings follow schedules embedded in the signed estimate.
Multi-seat subscriptions may include annual or quarterly billing. Downgrading mid-cycle produces a pro-rata credit applied to the next renewal rather than a cash payout, unless your master agreement specifies differently.
If you accidentally buy the same product twice within seven days, email us with both payment references. We refund the duplicate amount minus payment network fees that are non-recoverable.
When access tokens expire prematurely, download links fail across multiple browsers through no fault of yours, or checksum verification shows corruption on our origin server, we will restore service at no cost or refund the purchase within ten business days of a verified report.
Distance selling rules differ by country. Where you retain a mandatory withdrawal window and have not consumed digital content yet, we honour it. After consumption crosses a reasonable threshold described in your checkout screen at the time of purchase, withdrawal may no longer be equitable; we will explain the factual basis if a dispute arises.
You may elect non-expiring store credit instead of a cash refund when both parties agree in writing. Credit applies to listed SKUs on https://wristzoicartilag.world/ and may not cover third-party pass-through expenses without documentation.
Contact us before filing a chargeback if timing permits. Friendly resolution typically preserves access during investigation. Abuse of reversal mechanisms may lead us to decline future high-risk transactions.
Prices are GST-inclusive for New Zealand domestic sales when we are registered. International cards may settle in foreign currencies; your bank determines conversion rates and fees beyond our control.
Approved refunds post to the original payment instrument within five business days of approval. Banking networks may require additional clearing time. If the original card expired, we coordinate an alternate verified channel.
We log approval decisions, amounts, and reasons for seven years to satisfy tax law and audit expectations, as noted in the Privacy Policy.
